1. Program Description

PartnerSignals, Inc. ("PartnerSignals," "we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging (SMS) program to individuals who schedule a meeting or appointment with us or with a PartnerSignals team member. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our scheduling flow, you agree to receive text messages from PartnerSignals related to:

• Meeting/appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling
• Follow-up related to a meeting you scheduled
• Account or service updates directly tied to a meeting or engagement you initiated

This program is not a general marketing or promotional messaging program.

2. Consent

By checking the opt-in box (or otherwise affirmatively opting in) at the point of scheduling, you provide your express consent to receive automated text messages from PartnerSignals, Inc. at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of scheduling a meeting or purchasing any service. You may decline text updates and still schedule your meeting through email, phone, or our standard scheduling flow.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on your scheduled meetings, typically 2 to 4 messages per booked meeting (confirmation, reminder, and any reschedule).

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of this messaging program at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will stop sending you text messages. You may opt back in at any time by scheduling a new meeting and re-confirming consent.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel any scheduled meeting or affect other communications you've agreed to (e.g., email).

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is supported on major US mobile carriers; availability may vary by carrier and device.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above. Continued participation in the messaging program after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
